JCB PCBN 브레이징 공구는 PCBN 솔리드 인서트 또는 복합 시트를 다양한 모양으로 절단한 다음 이를 카바이드 기판에 브레이징하여 만들어집니다. 브레이징 구조에는 두 가지가 있습니다. 1) 절단된 PCBN 솔리드 인서트가 진공로에서 카바이드 기판에 완전히 브레이징됩니다. 2) 절단된 PCBN 복합 인서트는 카바이드 기판에 직접 브레이징됩니다.
